Weekend crew is the worst. Both smoothies were icies, full of just ice. The smoothies were covered with both my smoothie contents as well as some green (avocado?) that wasn't in my smoothie. I had to clean them up before taking them. Not a word was said to me by the employees when I walked in to pick up my togo order. Week day morning crew is on point tho
I asked the employee to wash his hands. He stated to me that they do not have to wash their hands because they wear gloves. I also asked for a refund the employees did not know how they tried calling their manager. She did not answer when they tried calling her until I called and texted her from my phone so unprofessional.
Ordered for pick up in the morning and it was prepared on time. Kids were satisfied.
their customer service was terrible. Made my order wrong twice. The people working there didn’t even know what they were doing and did not blend my smoothie all the way had ice chunks. Overall horrible experience
