I had a great experience at Tropical Smoothie Café thanks to Lars Hagen! He’s super friendly, efficient, and always makes sure customers are taken care of. My order was perfect, and he kept a positive attitude even when the line got long. You can really tell he takes pride in his work. Definitely one of the best employees there—Lars makes the whole visit a lot better!
Smoothies are great, it’s a franchise. This one in particular does not seem to have the best hiring choices. I won’t be returning bc of that. Ever.
Stole $8.00 from me. Ordered two snack wraps and a smoothie. Smoothie was on time but we waited for over 20 minutes for our wraps and eventually had to leave without them. I told two different employees to check on our wraps because we were in a time crunch. They paid me no mind. Also saw an employee clock in and glove up without washing his hands. These teenagers need an actual adult in there. Such a mess.
I really love the smoothies here and often order the Kiwi quencher. However, the staff often use green apple powder instead of kiwi powder. The taste is quite different, so I hope they can be more careful about this. It would be great if this could be improved. Especially at this location, this mistake happens quite often.
Visited this Tropical Smoothie location and definitely won’t be coming back. The customer service was terrible. I waited over five minutes with no greeting, no “I’ll be right with you,” nothing. There was only one other person in line, and not one employee even acknowledged me the entire time. I ended up walking out and won’t be returning.
