Best smoothie place I've had and been to them all!
Me and my boyfriend went to get açaí bowls before 8 pm today and the cashier that took our order was very rude. He was the tattooed guy with a black shirt not sure what his name was. He didn’t even greet us or asked us what we wanted to order. He obviously looked very upset which we don’t understand why. There were other customers inside waiting. He nicely went up to them and gave them their orders. He did not do that for us. It was a very unpleasant experience. I’m not sure I want to come back to this place.
This was my first time coming in to Tropical Smoothie and it was highly disappointing and unwelcoming. The man with the blonde hair in a ponytail seemed like we were an inconvenience despite how empty the cafe was. When taking the order he didn't even greet he just looked straight into your eyes with no words being said...weird. We asked for two acai bowls and he said they were out and didnt give us any other recommendations and it seemed like he intended us to leave, which we did. Terrible
Beyond horrible customer service no one in the whole store greeted at 1:15 pm When I asked a young lady Hispanic with glasses about my online order she rudely responded that if it were done it would be in the cubicle .
