Friendly staff. The energy Boost smoothie was very good if you like it a little sweet
Worst Tropical Smoothie I've ever been to. I was the only customer and it still took awhile to receive my order. My smoothie was so watered down with ice I could barely taste the acia berry or the whey protein in it. Cheese wasn't melted on my wrap and had a weird smell to it. It was like 4-5 girls in there working just standing around chatting. 1 man was also in the back. Absolutely no customers in there! I got off interstate 95 to come to this location and it sucked horribly. Spent almost $30.
After my order was wrong the worker wanted to tell me what I’ve order 5,000 times should look like, I just left…I’ll never visit this location again
With the world-touring band I manage we have been to Tropical Smoothie Cafes all over the USA, it's one of our go-to stops on the road, and it is with that vast experience with this chain that I can say with confidence: THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. DO NOT GO TO THIS TSC LOCATION. The cashier was shockingly rude. I order literally the exact same smoothie at every TSC I go to, with the exact same substitutions and the exact same ingredients left out, and this is the first time anyone has ever said no.
