I've been avoiding this location because of the poor ratings. Today, however, I accidentally placed an order at this location today instead of my usual location. I was surprised at the clean appearance from outside the store. However, when I entered, there was someone sitting at one of the tables, eating and on his phone. I couldn't tell he was an employee based off his deamenor as he just stared and did not greet me while continuing to drink from his cup. Apparently they were out of lettuce or didn't want to share, still ate it just cannot believe how there was nothing hardly in it. The price you pay i should have went back.
Horrible experience. I was waiting for my chicken pesto, the girl called it along with another food item and this man went and got both so I figured my chicken pesto still needed to be made so I waited for another 10 minutes and then asked I think my order got lost and the girl that was making my food said “her fault, well maybe she should have gotten it when I called it”.
