Fiod is very good and tge smoothies to staff not nice
We were there on 7/10 around 1:30. It was the worst service ever. They didn’t wait on us for around 10 minutes and no one smiled, the cashier was almost rude.
I got what I ordered, but not what I wanted. I stood in line and it took forever to get my order taken. And then, I was told that açai bowls were unavailable because they were running. And that’s all I wanted. However, I ended up getting a smoothie because it what’s what they had.
Waited 20+ minutes for one smoothie. 3 workers.
This is becoming a tropical smoothie stereo type. Why are they all so horrible? Extremely slow service. If you do a pick up order you have to add 30 mins to the actual ETA. It’s like everyone in there is HIGH. It sucks and doesn’t seem sanity at all. I will never come back to this location again. Absolutely horrible. Not worth my time and not worth my money. It’s bad enough the smoothies are way overpriced then to get bad service on top of that? Absolutely not.
