Just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse…. shortpump, now VCC. I don’t know if they hire people who want the business to suffer.. but I will not visit this location again. I love this chain, the one star is to get the attention of management. This place looks and feels like it has never been cleaned. The surfaces they’re tacky and sticky and the ceilings are nasty. The lights above the food have an a thick layer of god knows what on them. Get to scrubbing you lol
Read the other reviews, same issue with SLOW service. 2 workers. Waited to place my order. Then girl says she can't work the register. The other employee was making food. I just left cause I wasn't going to wait 15 minutes or so to place an order.
I came in here a few minutes ago and it was delicious i'm a regular and ordered my usual the sweet girl i believe her name is Marinia or Maura on of the two always gets me right I request her to make my smoothies! She runs this place!!
