Went to this location twice within a 2-3 week period and was declined service both times. Hours state they are open until 9pm but the drive though would not take my smoothie order at 840pm. Drove around both times to the door to walk inside to the workers locking the doors. After walking up to the door, the workers came to the door and said they were already closed and refused to take our smoothie orders.
Placed on order online, went in to pick it up, and the woman working said they didn't get my order. She said I must have sent it to the wrong store. I assured her I didn't. She said she couldn't make my smoothie. So I went back to my car and brought my phone in and proved that I had placed the order at this location, and she wouldn't look at my phone. Her coworker did though, and he told her I did order it to this location. She made it without saying a word. No apology, no thank you, nothing.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I felt compelled to do so. I have been going into this location for a couple of years because the location is perfect for me and I love the smoothies and although the customer service has always been pretty bad to say the least but my recent experience was definitely a 5 star, Thanks to “Ava” who was extremely cordial and professional.
