Machine has been down for 2 weeks
It says open till 9.They are never open till 9 the people are in there, but they're not serving.You they close at eight, at least the drive through cause the AI says theyre closed and the people inside will ignore you.
They never answer the phone. I have had several ordering issues with them in the past and literally had to hound them for a refund since they don't offer them via the app. They made me come to the store to receive a refund because they didn't have any gift cards to issue, since their app doesn't allow refunds. They really need to fix their app and the customer service of this location overall. Horrible experience and will never order at this location again
I placed a mobile order and pulled into the drive-thru to pick it up. I need to be very clear about why this was an issue — my 14-year-old son is currently relearning how to walk and is wheelchair-bound. If I have to go inside any establishment, he must be physically lifted out of the vehicle and transferred into his wheelchair. That is not a quick or simple task.
