Came to the drive thru to grab a smoothie for breakfast, no acknowledgement at the speaker, after 5 minutes, pulled around to the drive thru window and it looked dark. Got out to find that no one was in the store even though it was 10 minutes after opening.
10-22-2025 around 10:35 am I walked in to get a smoothie and a black guy the only one with dreads got the nerve to see me and a lady standing for 10min straight didn't even acknowledge us . But a white guy walks in behind us and he's yes sir what do you need. Mind you he walk in 10 minutes after us and he still never took our oreder
They’re so slow! It shouldn’t take 10min to blend one smoothie. They need to retrain the current staff because this wasn’t always the case at this location. For the past 3-4mo I’ve been coming the service just continues to go down hill. They didn’t even acknowledge me when I pulled up to the speaker in the drive thru. I had to ask if they were ready to take my order after sitting there a few minutes.
Horrible experience. Waited 20 minutes(past when it was suppose to be ready) for online order. Not a single employee spoke to me until I asked to cancel. Didn’t receive my receipt for cancelled order so let’s see if I get my money back! 👎
