André is amazing. Truly the best customer service, he maintains a positive attitude while being short staffed. Clean and maintained lobby. Highly recommend mango monsoon and watermelon mojito.
Friendly staff but incredibly understaffed location. If you plan on ordering through the drive thru in the morning, I suggest to carve out 20-30 min of your time for a smoothie.
This is by far the worst tropical smoothie location in the valley. It’s no exaggeration when I say it takes at least 20 minutes to order from the drive thru as they are always short staffed. They apologize for the wait but nothing has changed over the course of a year visiting this location. It’s always the same excuse. This is not an employee problem but rather poor management and leadership.
