Negative stars. Went to the drive thru. Ordered my 1st item and the lady asked "was that it for you?" Cutting me off mid sentence, then I finished stating what I wanted for my 1st item. Ordered 2 more items and she repeated the same line and I said yes & proceeded to the window The first thing I see is the window cracked a couple inches, a young teen girl with her back facing the window, not doing nothing but staring down on her phone. Came here for a smoothie, used to be a great place. Staff took too long to give us our smoothies, they gave us our smoothies all watery, we asked for them to redo them nicely. They gave us our smoothies back with zero taste. It tasted like water and the smoothie barely had color. Staff was playing around all the time, So unprofessional it seemed like they did it on purpose. Who knows how they handle the food.. Not coming back, we dont trust this place anymore.

So I ordered online, I usually do, but I show up to the window to receive my order and they let me know that they don’t see it, I go on my phone and got an email that it’s been canceled.
