The lady that works in here has the worst customer service and is so lazy. Please go somewhere else or @tropical smoothie, you can fire her and get an employee that wants to work here.
I recently departed from the establishment located at 3565 S. Rainbow Blvd around 8:20 PM, and it was an extremely disappointing experience. I waited at the ordering station for approximately five minutes without receiving any acknowledgment. Despite greeting the staff multiple times, there was no reply. This was perplexing, as the online hours indicated a closing time of 9:00 PM. Our food was so bad made . Not coming here ever again.
Worst Tropical Smoothie in LV. I spend tons of money catering my accounts...this location flavors are consistently off and food isn't prepared like the others in town.
Jessie is TERRIBLE! I would say you should hire someone with better customer service; but she had NONE AT ALL! After waiting at the speaker to place my to-go order for 4:37 minutes I was finally greeting with 'What do you want?'. No greeting what so ever. Ok.
