This location is unreal! The customer service is impeccable they call you by name they greet you always with a smile and they always make my drink correctly. There is a guy named ap or an he is fantastic, funny, great ,I can't say enough about him. He should be running that store it is because of him that I go out of my way to drive to this location instead of the horrible service I received in Hamilton by my house. I am dedicated to great customer service and I will always come here .
Hamilton is the worst location I was spending 5 to 600 dollars a month on smoothies and food. I was trying to support them when they first opened and was so happy to have them near me. Every time the customer service sucked. Definitely does not train their staff. I went in everyday and just my opinion but should have at least know. Me by name. Cross contamination. My son is severely allergic to peanut butter. We ordered a yogurt bowl and whoever made it used a spoon or something that was used for a peanut butter dish. If my son ate that, he would be in the hospital or worse. Horrible.
I visited here on yesterday April 23 and on April 24, 2021. I ordered the detox island green.. on both days. A waste of money. Both days they tasted watered down and ginger. A waste of money wen u r tryin to eat and drink healthy. Please do something about this management. I told the cashier I bought one on Friday and it tastes like ginger .
