I stood at the counter for close to ten minutes watching five associates walk back and forth. Not once acknowledging that I was waiting to be helped. I eventually walked out. I won’t beg to spend my money.
They don't take orders over the phone which is very very inconvenient when there are menu items that aren't available on their online menu, so that sucks. I happen to work in a place where I need to pre-order food so that I can make it back in time but this makes it difficult if I have to travel to the location to order and then wait another 20-30 minutes before my order is done and then go back is kind of defeating the purpose. This maybe a cool location to go if your a female since the studs will move fast to take your order but for the fellas not so much, they too busy flirting with their coworkers
3rd time visiting this location where the customer service was no existent. On my 2nd bad visit I paid for 2 smoothies and received (1) of the (2) and waited almost 15 minutes for the 2nd smoothie even thou customers were getting theirs, I told the young lady that took the order I think they forgot to make my 2nd smoothie and she asked if they were making it, one of the girls says she’s making it now, never made it and the girl who took my order had to go back behind the counter on her break to make the 2nd smoothie for me, ... read more
