I visited Tropical Smoothie around 7:50 PM and was extremely disappointed by the experience. Upon entering, I immediately noticed that two of the employees appeared visibly irritated . One team member in particular — an Asian or Filipino woman — was behaving in a highly unprofessional manner. Although I initially came in just to use the restroom before placing an order, I was taken aback by the aggressive behavior I witnessed. Have been here several times but today at 5:30 on a Sunday 08/31/25 we walked in and the girl that was at the register immediately had a bothered attitude that we had even walked in. As we order we sat to wait and she just threw the bag in between my husband and I. And she left to the restroom. Very disappointed with the service. These employees either need more training of how to serve a costumer or I just don’t know.
