Was just in there and they had 3-4 employees and it still took them 20 min to make two smoothies. Get an adult in there to babysit these children.
Excellent staff and service. For people like Matt down there I would like to say, go kick rocks. These are high school kids and young college age workers. They don’t wanna stay around and serve you after it’s time to close. Go in earlier. Have some manners people. Every single time I go in (which is often cuz I work next door) the staff is kind, polite, hard working, and friendly. Mistakes sometimes happen and after a long shift kids are tired. I really hate having to do this because I love this location. But today Friday 3/13/2026 was bad. I always order my food and smoothies early and set the pick up time for 9:15 am. Normally it's on point hot and ready to go. But today I had to wait for it to come out and when I got my wrap out to eat it first it was way to big for a breakfast wrap, second it was cold I would have taken it back but I had to get back to work. Went to highlands ranch tropical smoothie for the first time. I always love tropical smoothie. I love it. My order was ordered online for pick up and it was ready for me when I got there. Quiet but friendly staff. Will go again.
