Upset, this is my go to place every year and it hasn't had the watermelon in stock for my favorite smoothie basically since it came out. I would get one a week until it's gone, and I'm not sure what's going on or why it has been out of stock for weeks. Disappointing.
Always good until I come In for a birthday drink im waiting 6 min at register to be acknowledged. And then the app will not load on or off WiFi. App was having issues. So everyone is giggling etc and meanwhile you can tell that the girl was having issues blending the drink, so she pours lots of water and my smoothie is 60% watered down with no taste. Not sure what happened today, But seems like they are having some issues.
This one employee was exceedingly rude. We entered the business at 6:59. The free smoothie promotion for flip flop day ended at 7:00. She refused to give us smoothies and claimed we were late simply because there were 2 other patrons ahead of us and we tried to order at 7:02. I feel it’s not that deep, please just give us the free smoothie and she wasn’t apologetic about it. Was just in there and they had 3-4 employees and it still took them 20 min to make two smoothies. Get an adult in there to babysit these children.
