Was so sad, the entire summer all I wanted to try was the mango monsoon it was advertised on their mega poster and on tv. I went over five times after seeing it . Each time they proceeded to tell me they were out. Every single time. How ? And it was the same employees that kept turning me down.. I understand I could go to a different location, but this is within walking distance of my home so it’s perfect for me. Customer service was good and the new tropical bowls were great
Yesterday me and my husband went to order smoothies when there was no one besides us and one other person. We waited there for a good 25 minutes and nothing. My husband asked for the smoothies and still we didn't get them. Never have we had this issue with other Tropical Smoothie locations but at this location the employees did not attend us so we had to go.
