I was mislead regarding Tropical rewards and buy 2 get one free smoothie. When I asked can we fix this... reset and go back to 10% off my order... I was told NO, I CAN DO NOTHING TO HELP YOU! I have been a loyal customer, went there nearly every day for I want to say 6 months and to be treated this way. I don't need to say I'll NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN! And I will tell everyone I know. Good bye!
I love this place, the people who work here and the food!
