Go inside, wait for 15 minutes for a acai bowl, wich was frozen. Asked how can we eat if it's frozen, the answer was, " I dont know, we made them in the morning". Never back again.
My bowl did not taste fresh at all, canned pineapples, mushy bananas, and the dragon fruit base is one stuck chunk of ice. It seems that it was a premade bowl that was sitting in the freezer. I am very disappointed in this quality.
I was really disappointed with my experience. On 7/12 I arrived around 8:55 pm at Tropical Smoothie in Lake in the Hills, five minutes before the posted 9:00 PM closing time, and the lights were already off and the store was closed. If your hours say you’re open until 9:00, customers should be able to order until then.
