Last Sunday, around 1:30 PM, I visited for a small order and found myself in a significant driveway queue that advanced only two vehicles in approximately twenty minutes. This was an unprecedented experience for me across all the Tropical Smoothie Cafes I have frequented. One might anticipate that staffing would be more adequately prepared for weekend demand.
I usually give 5 stars to almost everyone — just check my profile. However, I have no choice but to give this place one star. I ordered a single item, a Chia Banana Boost, and had to switch from the drive-thru to inside because I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru and another 20 minutes after ordering inside. Be prepared for long waits during weekend rushes.
Jessica and Callie are always super friendly and a joy to see when visiting!
