Wait time is long. Server neglected the customer and went to a new customer . Although theur food and juice are good however they need to pay attention to all people as it's a service industry.

Not very pleased to be told that they do not have a bathroom accessible for their customers when I personally saw a bathroom in the back door. It’s unacceptable when I went out of my way to come to this location to patronize Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I requested a Manager and she was unable to accommodate me. If you cannot accommodate your customers, maybe we should reconsidering spending our money at this franchise. We have invested quite a bit in your company. I look forward to a response to my complaint.

rived at 3:55 PM to take advantage of the Happy Hour smoothie sale (3–4 PM). However, I had to wait more than 7 minutes just for someone to take my order, which caused me to miss the sale by 2 minutes through no fault of my own. Despite arriving on time, I was denied the discount because of the delay on your end. On top of that, I have now been waiting over 29 minutes for my drink to be prepared. The place is neat and tidy, it looks clean. The staff should really wear hair covering because their hair could fall into the items they preparing very easily, especially the staff members with longer hair.
