Somethings is always missing.. wraps are dry. No consistency with orders. No sauce One day. Next day sauce smh
Everytime I visit this location everyone is friendly and the food and smoothie and comes out fast and accurate.
I came to this Tropical Smoothie Café today and ordered a Peanut Butter Paradise smoothie. When I started drinking it, I found a gnat inside. It completely ruined my appetite.The black manager acted like it was all normal she said well it’s fruit it’s always nats The staff refunded my money, which I appreciate, but this should never have happened in the first place. I hope management takes this seriously and fixes whatever sanitation issue led to this. Cleanliness needs to be a priority
Not sure what’s been happening with this location but this the 3rd time my food has not right first time my food had paper inside the flat and today its just nasty and they just throw everything together
