Ordered through GrubHub for pickup. Order was 30 min late being ready, and the smoothies were watery…I had to ASK for them to be remade. While there one of the customers complained and the floor lead argued loudly with him (VERY LOUD considering the music was turned up wayyy too loud for customers to hear). The lead made excuses for the slow service, loud music, etc that they were “short” that day (assuming “short staffed”) but there were FOUR people behind the counter and a couple in the kitchen area. 12 minutes waiting for my order in the drive thru and when I made it to the window I was told that there was no order but that he can retake my order and I just have to wait for it, obviously when we are at the drive thru we need our order A.S.A.P. it's always this problem around 3pm week days.

I ordered through the website.. once I received my order after waiting 10 minutes, my smoothie was so watery… I had them remake it, but it took them over 20 minutes to even acknowledge me and fix it. Terrible customer service & I got it all on video for the corporate office to review. Honestly you’re better off going to Smoothie King or to a different location. The coworkers here don’t care about their jobs and how they treat customers. The service I received was so bad, I lost my appetite and could not finish my meal.
