The staff doesn’t know how to smile and greet customers on this branch it’s not even welcoming .
I go here regularly, the green smoothies are a lifesaver on days my toddler refuses veggies. Great tasting and fresh, I like the option to remove sweeteners
I really enjoy tropical smoothie Café, and I’m so happy to have one near my house. However, I have to say that the staff at the Rockville location are so rude and unfriendly., It makes it unpleasant to go there. How difficult is it for employees to smile, acknowledge your presence, and create a more pleasant environment for customers?

The worst location. Its poorly managed. They open at 7. My online order was placed at 6:45am. It said it would be ready at 7:10. I walk in at 7:13. The 2 women working there don't greet or utter a hello. I look at their pick up counter. No orders ready. I ask them, where's my order? No response.
