I usually go through the drive thru and everything is fine with the exception of the receipt. You get a code for $1.99 smoothie if you buy a wrap or flatbread. That's not the case and I'm not happy. And new food items would be great

I order from Tropical smoothie cafe alot and I have never had this problem until tonight when I went to make my smoothie order the lady was rude to me when I just asked for a simple Strawberry and peanut smoothie with added Dragon fruit and she said "we don't do that "🙄 but anytime I order before they did it I'm confused on this issue is it the location was this something that would only happen this one time with this specific order?
