I usually enjoy this place, the food, the smoothies. The cookies are great! But this time around my order was made wrong; I'm vegetarian and ordered the Cali flatbread without protein, unfortunately it came with chicken and I didn't realize until I'd already taken a bite 🥲 I gave it to someone else and had to find something else for dinner. I'll probably order again, more cautiously next time.. I just needed to get this out there! 'Preciate the workers, I used to work fast food so I understand that it happens.
Went through the drive through and ordered a sandwich. I was told it was going to be $15 and I thought it was a little pricey. After I paid with cash they gave me the receipt and it was the wrong order. The employees realized the mistake and just looked at each other behind the window. The girl with shorter black hair told me she would not give me a refund because her boss “would kill her” and she told me I could just take the other persons order or order something else.
