When I went into the establishment I had planned on eating at a table but when I went in the lady behind the counter had a “I don’t want to be here” attitude and said “what else” in a very monotone way after everything I said. I’ve worked in customer service for 3 years and I just thought it was very rude or as if she wasn’t listening. LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE OOVE THIS PLACE EXCELLENT SERVICE SO PROUD TO BE A CONSUMER OF THIS HEAVEN OF TASTE
I usually go through the drive thru and everything is fine with the exception of the receipt. You get a code for $1.99 smoothie if you buy a wrap or flatbread. That's not the case and I'm not happy. And new food items would be great
