Smoothie was fine. The preparation area seemed messy and not that clean.
Latiana still sucks. Please fire her. Doesn’t sound happy at all, very inconvenienced. She literally still doesn’t give me my receipt…
Smoothies and food were great, not the fasted on getting the food out. The workers didn't say hello, thank you, or goodbye so not the friendliest but food was good.
Always love tropical smoothie Cafe. It’s one of my favorites that is quick and easy to get on the go. Smoothies and food are always awesome.
Drive through suppose to be open until 9 pm. Tried to order at 8:50 and the teenagers ignored me. Pulled up To window and they quickly moved out of sight into the back area and ignored me. This was on July 7,2025. If I owned this place I would look to see who was working and have a little chat about how a business stays in business. For a business with 2.5 stars average yelp I would be thinking about something called customer service.
