I placed an order for a sandwich online which should have lettuce and I subbed the ranch for pesto and it was completely empty with just chicken and 2 small pieces of tomatoes. I tried calling the location multiple times with no answer.
We love the food and atmosphere in most locations. We typically go to the Lake Orion and it's really good including service. We went to the Dearborn Heights and I would rate them all 3s.
The people are amazing. Very kind. But the place smells horrible. It smells like puke when you walk in. This really needs to be taken care of. It’s very off putting. Otherwise great service.
Always forgetting items, never answer the phone & never get your order correct.
