I used to frequent this place often, but lately, I’ve been increasingly disappointed with my experiences. Whether it’s my drink being made incorrectly, items being missing, or the taste of my drink being inconsistent, or my food being burnt, it’s become unbearable. I can’t come here anymore because it used to be a great place to meet up with friends, and my drinks were always perfect. And now it’s a waste of a drive.
Just Horrible Service all the way around. Employees not focused on customers orders at all. They completely forgot my order. All while supervision was there. I wouldnt recommend this establishment to anyone.
This location is always leaving my items off the order. I ordered 3 things...only got 2 of them. I have several reviews on here and none of them are good. Im Relax & Relate show also. This location will become the topic of my podcast so make sure you listen to how horrible your employees are. #Viral
Sat at the drive thru window for 10 mins then was told to pull up to the exit only sign and been sitting here for 15 mins and STILL NO SMOOTHIE!!!!!
