My partner and I get our smoothies almost exclusively from this location, and today we had our first complaint ever, it seemed that too much of one of the supplements had been added to our smoothie, making it quite bitter. I brought this to their attention and they immediately fixed it for me and had my new (Non bitter delicious) smoothie out very quickly. Can’t be bothered to stop prep work to take order or greet customers
Usually good but my smoothie tonight is so icy it’s hard to suck up through the straw due to the large ice chunks throughout the smoothie.
I ordered the Pomegranate Plunge, and it was disappointing. I don't think there was any pomegranate in it, and the main flavor was banana, no hint of the fruit in the name.
We stopped into this Tropical Smoothie Cafe for a little refreshment and ordered an acai nutella bowl, which was really good. Then Dominic told us he had accidentally made a wrong smoothie for an online customer, and would we like to try the one that he had made. We said YES! and boy are we glad we did. It was DELICIOUS! He was so smart to offer it to us instead of tossing it out because he made big fans of us and now we will for sure be back.
