release these workers and hire a new staff. They look like they are being forced to work here and don’t want to be there. You walk in to spend money and they act like you are bothering them ??
Walked in, no one greeted me or asked to take my order they just stood there and waited for me to ask them if they were ready to take my order. The workers here hate their job
There were four workers and two put them complained the entire time about the schedule that was posted, how much she hated working there. One other staff member kept saying “the lines weren’t cleaned” and being rude to two other employees for using the bathroom in the kitchen area. All while they complained, they never once greeted us as we came in and stood looking at the menu. The atmosphere was very sour.
The 3 young ladies that serviced us on 8/11 was nothing short of amazing even doing closing time they still had positive attitudes.they smile and greeted us when we entered and got our order done super fast. I really appreciate great customer service like that because you don’t find it often. Thank you ladies.
The food and smoothies are always so good here
