Unprofessional girls. One had on night pants and crocs and One eating McDonald’s on the counter behind the register. Need better customer service.
Terrible attitude from everyone almost every time I come in everyone gives dirty looks, seems like they don’t want to be there and are miserable, and makes you feel like an inconvenience. Also why is it ok for them to be watching Netflix on their phones and a whole tablet I’ve never seen that anywhere else. Maybe if they weren’t able to do whatever they want and watch tv then they wouldn’t feel inconvenienced be having to do their job.
We arrived at the Tropical Smoothie on Garland Groh in Hagerstown at approximately 6:00 PM, even though the store does not close until 9:00 PM. Despite this, the restaurant appeared to already be shut down, with equipment closed and staff clearly unhappy that we were there. Chairs where on top of the tables and counters, everything was put away, they rolled their eyes and huffed and puffed.
