Both my daughters work there, one of my daughters was terminated unfairly and unprofessional by Jessica (MGR or Supervisor) in the group chat instead of responding to my daughter on the private msg she had sent her directly. It was embarrassing and uncalled for. Because of her termination she took off my other daughter off the schedule for a week as a punishment. My pickup order was quick, but I do think that was the issue - my drink was barely blended... chunks of ice and pineapple was not a fun experience.
This the kind of person u employ at your establishment. This is a disgrace!
Due to an app error my order was placed at the wrong location. The girl that I talked to in the drive thru was unprofessional to the point that I could hear that she was making fun of me and could see her laughing when I drove by the window to leave. On top of that she was zero help in the situation. She lost you guys a customer.
