My pickup order was quick, but I do think that was the issue - my drink was barely blended... chunks of ice and pineapple was not a fun experience.

Due to an app error my order was placed at the wrong location. The girl that I talked to in the drive thru was unprofessional to the point that I could hear that she was making fun of me and could see her laughing when I drove by the window to leave. On top of that she was zero help in the situation. She lost you guys a customer.
i ordered an online order and it was late also there were a pair of clear used gloves in the bag with the food.
