Edit: I sent a message through the website provided and no one ever responded after a week of waiting. It's disgusting that they charge you extra to add something but can't provide what you paid more for. I placed my order on the app to pick up in store. I ordered the Nutella acai bowl which is more expensive than the regular acai bowl. They completely forgot to add the Nutella! I usually frequent this location because it's the closest between home and work. After my last trip here I probably wont return. I ordered a smoothie and quesadilla but this time my quesadilla had a hair baked in it. I called into the store to receive a refund or some kind of compensation. The associate who answered said the manager would do a refund. After a few days, I never received it so I gave the store a call again. Shyanne was very warm and welcoming. Highly recommend the Deerfield location. Great food, tasty, clean environment. My favorite breakfast spot!
