I am so disappointed to have been a customer of this tropical smoothie. I ordered a açaí bowl. Never tasted something so simple to make, taste so underwhelming. The açaí was full of ice, big huge chunks of granola, as if they just gave me a barely crumbled granola bar. Rotten bananas, and I asked for Peanut butter drizzle and they gave me a big glob of peanut butter, it basically saturated the whole bowl. I was visiting the neighborhood and on my way back north. i live 20 minutes away, there’s a tropical by me but no tropical does it like this tropical!!! i go out of my way to come here. The girls that work during the day are so friendly and helpful. They always greet me with a huge smile and sometimes a wave. makes me feel welcomed and that they want to make sure i have a good experience, which i always do. love this location and the girls that work
