Ive never had an issue with any of these establishments, but today I accidentally ordered incorrectly online but when I went to pick it up at the Germantown Pkwy location, Sam did not hesitate to help me by fixing my order. Happy customer

I saw an employee there that used to work for a different business. I did not look up at first when he called my name. He is young and has dreadlocks. When I say he is always happy & smiling, I mean it. I was asking him questions about their event today. I guess the manager thought I was taking too much time and called him back. I am a frequent patron of this establishment and have consistently experienced excellent service. This morning, I visited the drive-through for a smoothie and encountered exceptionally poor service from one of your employees. Her demeanor was unprofessional and discourteous without provocation.
