This place used to be great but just like many establishments in Brunswick it is slowly declining. Painfully long waits for a simple sandwich, and it’s like flipping a coin if they will even get your order right!
Almost died. They put bananas in my smoothie, a smoothie that isn’t suppose to have bananas. I called up there and got told “ I apologize for that” it wasn’t just a small inconvenience, it’s an allergy that puts me into anaphylactic shock.
Great team work plus they were so helpful and nice
The food and place are great but I swear the last couple times one worker (its Julie or Julia, something like that) she has this snotty condescending attitude. I get its lunch rush and you're busy, maybe you're having a bad day. But everytime I get my order from her, she is glaring at me, acts annoyed and she seems frustrated that customers are even there.
ATTENTION: Google gives the wrong address. It takes you to Panda Express. Type in Five Guys in your GPS. Tropical Smoothie is next to Five Guys and Big Island Tropical Chicken.
