We have only ordered Uber Eats from this location but have done so 8-10 times in the past 6 months. Food is predictably good and consistent. I usually order the Jerk Chicken wrap with extra chicken and no lettuce while my wife typically gets the breakfast wrap/burrito and a Smoothie. They also have a side of Jalapeno corn that I really like, and the option to get baked chips instead of deep fried. These smoothies are so good! The staff is always really friendly as well! Smoothies are a little expensive, but worth it!
Smoothie was watery and wasn't flavorful. Threw it away in the trash.
I visit this store at least once a week. I love their smoothies and bowls. Its usually a wonderful experience. Today however I had to ask to be waited on. I don't know what's going on with Tropical Smoothie stores. This is the 2nd time in the last couple of weeks that I've had this experience. If you can't offer better customer service then maybe you shouldn't work in the service industry. I realized this is just a "job" for most but service is important.
