Saw an employee drop a mixer on the floor, pick it up then make a smoothie without first washing it. Pretty gross. Also terrible drink options. I’ve tried this place off-and-on over the last few months and it just isn’t good
update: a refund was never processed. This place sucks. waited 30 minutes in the drive through line without moving, so I went inside to cancel my order. The girl at the counter seemed overwhelmed and said she could make my order shortly, so I went ahead and paid. I waited an additional 25 minutes and observed her make only one order while another employee did not seem to back her up and was unkind to her. Several people in front of me canceled their orders. Excellent service and very tasty smoothie
Miranda was amazing, went above and beyond to help us out and provided amazing service. Her team and store looked amazing and greeted us as soon as we entered.
