Leah helped me with my food order. She was very helpful and kind. I use to think this is just a smoothie place, but their food is actually really good. I been hooked on to this place for a while! Thank you Leah for a pleasant visit to tropical Café!
I went into tropical smoothie @ 1:40pm around 1:45pm ordered & bought 3 apple pie paradise smoothies. As I was waiting for them to be made. Tera had made 2 of them and there was extra in the blender and I ask her if I could taste alittle bit of it since I don’t normally like apple pie. I think I don’t like it because of texture but if it’s blended so it might be different. I was thinking if I tasted it and didn’t like it I could have ordered a different one. Worst customer service ever. Heard someone in the back cursing someone out on the phone. Very unprofessional
Manager Hunter is disrespectful and rude to his staff. He causes a verbally abusive atmosphere. Highly recommend leadership training especially with his approach to younger female team members. Adrian and Matti stepped in to assist their team member Ashley which was great to see the team work. With the switch in roles it put Hunter at the register and it was oddly funny to see he is capable of customer service.
