Manager Hunter is disrespectful and rude to his staff. He causes a verbally abusive atmosphere. Highly recommend leadership training especially with his approach to younger female team members. Adrian and Matti stepped in to assist their team member Ashley which was great to see the team work. With the switch in roles it put Hunter at the register and it was oddly funny to see he is capable of customer service.
I’m door dash driver and every time I pick up from this location I’m ignored by the staff. I’ve been told to simply wait until my pick up is ready and waiting in there to go cubbies. Overall terrible service. I’m currently ten minutes late on a pick up and have not been spoken to once by the staff or even asked whose order I’m picking up. Worst of all it seems like the staff are hiding because I’m the only person in the dining room and they’ve spent the majority of the time in the back.
Love the smoothies, wraps and flatbreads! Always friendly service.
Always a great experience and this morning was no different! Tried the Blimey Limey and WOW so good!!
Visited Tropical Smoothie for the Chamber Smoothie Celebration this morning, and what a lovely time! I ordered the Kiwi Quencher, I absolutely loved it! I'll be visiting again soon!
