Pay your workers a liveable wage and don't guilt trip customers into tipping for take out orders. I called this location to place an order and they said "we don't take orders over the phone". I drove down here under the rain, Made my order and waited for it. What was the service that was provided to me that deserved a tip? Making the chicken wrap and handing it to me over the counter is the bare minimum. I had an unpleasant experience today on 11-22-24. I am a vegetarian and have been for the last 15 years. ( I have not eaten meat in 15 YEARS). I usually come to this location two times out the week and get a hummus veggie, a smoothie and a cookie, today while eating my hummus veggie the wrap smelled funny and tasted kind of sour after two bites. I'm very dissappointed that they serve customers BAD FRUIT here. Tropical Smoothie Cafe needs to change their policy on their peeled bananas. I usually get the Acai Berry Boost because I love the combo of heallth benefits from various fruits. While waiting I noticed the peeled bananas all had large dark brown spots on them so I asked what the brown spots were and the girl just said "they're just bananas" evading to the fact that they were going bad.
