Seems we paying for 3/4 cup of smoothie, there is already a deep sink in the bottom of the cup. I stand at the register for a good 5 minutes plus one staff back turn rinsing the blender, other guy stacking up the fruits and another staff walk pass me to talk to I’m assuming a friend to chitchat. The service is great...everyone is super friendly, fast service, clean atmosphere. But my boyfriend and I tried 2 smoothies each this morning...trying to tweak the taste...and frankly...it's just nasty🤷🏽♀️. No flavor at all just take like ice. The specific reason people go to particular locations is because some know the difference between an ICY and a SMOOTHIE....
I come in this store at this location about 4 times a week and usually a very pleasant experience, however today Marquise was not pleasant. Upon being asked if he could make sure my smoothie wasn’t watery in taste he never answered. I asked again and he answered and said he couldn’t put additional pineapple in because it’s extra. I’m like I come here all the time and everyone understands what I’m asking about the Mango Magic smoothie and it can be watered down so I ask for the pineapple to be extra.
