Very recently, a few days ago, my partner and I pulled up to the drive thur. Before we even got a word out a young girl yelled to " GET OUT OF THE DRIVE THRU" We drove off and saw her and another girl in the drive thru acting surprised. It was around 8pm and we were so confused as there was no sign, and the place was open. We have never been yelled at like that before and were scared. Please avoid going to this one, its scary and have children playing in the drive thru.
Didn't know quesadllas aren't made fresh to order. Received a fridge cold dilla for lunch.... got a refund from Foodsby immediately.
Very slow service. Smoothie options consist of only fruit mixes - no single fruit options. Prices seem high for smoothies.
I really enjoy this location. The smoothies are consistently great, and the food quality is always solid. I visit regularly and often come here on weekends for lunch, so this review is based on repeated experiences over time. That said, there is an ongoing issue with customer service involving one particular employee.
