I placed a mobile order for a Thai Chicken Salad and requested the wontons on the side. The staff got that part right, and I even tipped because everything appeared to be handled properly. Unfortunately, when I opened the salad, the cilantro was brown, slimy, and clearly past its prime. I returned to the store and showed the cilantro to the staff. The food was hot and the smoothie was ice cold! Jake is an absolute rockstar. Great service.
Ordered online. Waited at the window for 5 minutes past the time I requested to pick up. The smoothie was melted. The food order was cold & wrong. I’ve had stomach issues & can’t have spices or tomato so ordered without sauce. Oh it had sauce & then I started vomiting. They didn’t include the receipt either.
