I came in recently to order a sugar free smoothie as I normally do and when I ordered this time I was rung up by an employee named Alyssa who I believe is a newer hire. After sitting down, it took around 10 minutes for my smoothie to be made although I was the only customer inside at the time. Tera has phenomenal customer service! So many companies think it’s not important but she actually took the time to talk about the different smoothies and taught me how to use the app. Way to go! We need more people like you!
