Tera has phenomenal customer service! So many companies think it’s not important but she actually took the time to talk about the different smoothies and taught me how to use the app. Way to go! We need more people like you!
Okay so I'm gonna preface this review with the fact that I usually don't have much of an issue with this tropical smoothie other than that they never seem to cut my wrap in half (which i think is supposed to be standard) but I ordered the 2 orders kale apple slaw for the first time (at this location) today, and i got charged for one of my sides having only a quarter of the amount of food it was supposed to have. It would almost be less insulting if they had just forgotten them entirely... but how are you gonna package this a... read more
The smoothies were good, and the cashier checking me out was helpful and kind, but i went during a lunch rush and who i assume to be the manager was talking very loud and rude to the employees. It made the situation awkward as they looked like they were trying their best but she kept raising her voice at them and was being rude rather than helpful.
Rude staff but other then that Tropical Smoothie has good selection of smoothies and dishes to choose from including a a lot of healthier options compared to many other fast food chains
