High turnover of workers that don't really know the customers well or how to confidently make the smoothies

I work close by and stop here on my way home alot and when I was in this establishment and the So called manager Courtney should be fired they way she talks to these high school kids this is not the first time I have witnessed it and I have seen her standing towards the back hitting a vape when I pull up out front. Owner of this establishment needs to do something about her.
The. Food is awesome and the smoothie is had was amazing the new girl they got with the spikes did my smoothie and it was smoothie amazing she is super sweet
