my team came in the day before and we had a smooth time getting all our smoothies we can in the next morning with a different person working at the front and she gave us and overly hard time, made us redu our order and her overall attitude was distasteful as well as the staff in back
whoever the manager is at this location needs a serious etiquette check. i brush her off because i love coming here but time and time again she brings forth a negative attitude to the building. so curt and rude when it comes to asking about things, or even just ordering. she clearly isn’t cut out for the job and it’s just sad to see.
I had an unpleasant experience at the Skibo Road Tropical Smoothie today. The manager on duty, Alyssa, refused to enter my phone number for loyalty points, saying she didn’t know how. Fortunately, a polite gentleman from the back stepped up and handled it quickly and kindly. From the moment I walked in, Alyssa’s energy was extremely negative.
