it seems like the last few times I’ve placed an online order for pickup they get my order wrong. If I sub a fruit from my smoothie for another or pay extra to add something in it they never comply with the request. :((((( im sad now ..
First time going there and the rude staff seriously needs to take a customer service class.
I used to love this location but I will never go to the skibo location again becuase of the current staff and management. I came in to get my order and only my smoothie was in ready. I watched as only 2 people were actually working and preparing the orders while 3 other young people where just talking in the back. I waited over 15 minutes and asked about my food.
