Consistently excellent after three visits. Not sure why this would get anything lower than five stars.
We just ordered a smoothie at 4:56pm today. The young lady who cashed us out and took our order (septum piercing and curly black hair) had a rude demeanor, didn’t smile and never said please, thank you or have a good day. Then, the young lady who handed us our smoothie (blonde hair tied back), also never smiled, or said thank you, or have a good day…she just said “here you go” and had a pissed off look on her face. I STRONGLY dislike this tropical smoothie location so much. You can just tell the upper management is a mess. Honestly I’d drive the extra minutes to another one, it isnt worth the hassle and the headache. It’s like you’re invisible when you pull up to the drive through.
