I’m honestly really disappointed with my experiences at Tropical Smoothie lately. I’ve given this location multiple chances, and every visit has had an issue. The first time, my quesadilla wasn’t even melted it looked like it was barely warmed and just cut and thrown into the box. The second time, I ordered an açaí bowl and it had freezer burn and tasted old and nasty. Ryan and the entire crew are the BEST! They always smile and greet you when you walk in! And they always ask how I’m doing, all while providing high quality, delicious food and smoothies. I’m thankful for this team and for this location for Tropical vibes!
Fast, friendly, and delicious. The staff is always welcoming and my order is usually ready in minutes.
Be sure to check your order before you get home either the order is wrong or your food looks thrown together.
March 1, 2026 — 5:23 p.m. This location has ongoing quality and consistency issues. Today’s Beach Bum smoothie (dark chocolate, no turbinado) was not blended properly, extremely thick, and had large chunks of ice, making it difficult to drink. After going back through the drive-thru, one employee was dismissive, but another employee stepped in and politely remade the drink, which I appreciated.
