Just avoid this place! Terrible customer service. I placed an order for 4 smoothie totaling 40 bucks. The guy “Issac” throws them together and when I tell them they are terrible. He asked if I wanted another one. I proceed to give him the order but wants to charge me for the new smoothie. I threw out all the drinks and immediately asked for a refund. I used to live tropical smoothie but they have gone down hill in quality, service! Better off finding a small business to patronize. No wonder they have such low ratings

Waisted my whole freaking break waiting in line for my order at this dumpster fire it’s just a yogurt bowl I freaking ordered ahead. The staff are useless.
Seriously understaffed and the staff seems to not even know what the are doing. They seem positively clueless.
