Originally From Florida, and this location and the employees, make it feel like home. The friendly vibrancy of the store to a welcome greeting makes the food and smoothies taste that much better! I love the positivity of the employees and how clean everything is.
We ordered a pickup order, and the lady sees us waiting but won't say anything. 25 mins later, I notice more people waiting like us so eventually we notice, the smoothies aren't in the pick up area, there's 5 different smoothies hiding behind the counter. By the time anyone got their smoothies, it was melted. Terrible terrible service and I dont like paying 9 bucks for a melted smoothie because the lady is not paying attention to anybody. Ruined our lunch today.
Crazy when you ask a question to get met with a blank stare and no response and or confusion like I just asked them to solve a math problem. I ordered a peanut butter banana smoothiewith protein, pesto sandwich, a chia oatmeal bowl with protein and a bahama mama bowl. Placed a 28 smoothie order for ASAP and they had it ready to go as soon as I got there. Every order was exactly how I asked
I regret buying a smoothie here. The lady who made mine took a very long time. I could tell she added way too much ice for it to pour so she just kept adding more milk. It was so watered down it tasted mostly like ice. Disappointed because I paid extra for protein to be added and that mostly just got poured out. Seems like the employees needed more training and support
