Worst customer service I've ever encountered in my life. 03/20/2026 this morning. I walk in (no greeting) just everyone looking mad as ever. Approached the counter and was very friendly and no response just simply (yes.. what do you want) and I immediately shifted 💔 they made my food (and it was all wrong and lack most of the protein). I won't be back again. As a healthcare worker who just worked 12 hours ... Who wants to come in an establishment that feels like "you are not welcomed". 1 star
If you are looking for a good smoothie with a side of RBF, look no further. Talk about 2 girls who hate their job and show it in their face and communication with customers. I can't believe they stay employed. I pride myself in customer service, and these two couldn't even muster up a smile, a thank you, nothing. So sad that today's youth has no ability to give even a 50% effort to make people want to come back. Product is good, customer service, beyond lacking
