I’ve never had any issue here until tonight, I came around 8:30pm on 3/27 and the door was already locked and the lady that was working inside told me it was closed, and then I told her that her schedule says nine and she went and opened the door with an attitude after she turned off the open sign and when I went in there, she didn’t say a single word to me just took my order and continued with her personal phone call.
I use to come here often I only get one type of smoothie and it’s good. There is a male manager that works there today is his second time making my smoothie and I asked for less ice this time because the way he made it last time it was literally a chocolate icee. Made it the exact same way today. I’m not sure if he’s blending it too much or less but it’s nasty. I go to a different location in Thornton and it didn’t have that consistency. $9 is too much for one worker to keep messing up my drink.
Closing your doors 30mins early is horrible. No sign on door saying why it was closed early as well.
Staff doesn’t acknowledge customers, doesn’t speak proper English. Time for robots to do all customer service positions.
