Absolutely loved my experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Oak Lawn! The service was amazing, everyone was super friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared perfectly. And the smoothies were 100% on point — fresh, delicious, and blended perfectly. Everything about this location was excellent. Definitely one of the best Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations I’ve visited. Highly recommend!
As soon as I walk in, everyone is very nice, polite and welcoming. Also, they go out of their way to know their regular customers orders
Very rude...Finished her conversation with co worker before taking my order...Then started her conversation back up before making my order. Then on top of that just sat it on the countertop and walked away. Every other Tropical Smoothie Cafe I go to,they pride themselves on customer service. They speak to you and personally hand you your Smoothie when its done. Other locations also dont make you wait to take your order.
