Visit this location at least 3 times out of the week due to me working near by and the staff are fast and efficient with my order every time. It’s busy around 12p-1p don’t recommend going around then it’s everyone lunch hr. I’m helped by Angela or Shajona when I go and they are awesome and helpful when I’m undecided with great recommendations. Also this location keeps clean bathrooms.
im honestly not mad bc i really like blueberries, but i asked for extra strawberries on my acai bowl and get literally none lol service was whatever, but i called ahead and got no answer so i went in instead, it was dead and one of the girls was talking on her phone and the other one came and took my order but like what... how are you both 30 and have no customer service skills? my bowl was still good

This location is the worst when it comes to online orders …I’ve ordered twice and both times no one has been in the store to open..please hire people who are able to work a 6 am shift
I went the the tropical smoothie location located at 6555 S Jones Blvd #110, Las Vegas, NV 89118 around 2:30 pm on 9/19 and the store was empty the lady that was supposed to be upfront was smoking and talking in the phone, she saw me and then she went into her car, please see picture attached. And another customer got there and she went where we were and she told us they were very behind like 45 minutes to and hour and her manager told her not to take orders for an hour.
