The girl that was running the drive-through got my order incorrect twice and then was rude to me about it. I ordered two Bahama mama bowls and she made me Bahama mama smoothies. Once I get my bowls, they are the incorrect bowls. Didn’t apologize but blamed me for ordering the wrong thing because I said Bahama mama açai bowl and it was just a Bahama mama bowl. Very poor customer service and I had to wait in the drive-through for an extended period to have to end up walking into the store Due to the incorrect Items I received.
I live literally 5 mins from this location and I really wanted to give it a chance since the one by my job in Jacksonville is always super friendly and my açaí bowl is always perfect! I have now tried 4x and they are just not consistent the service isn’t bad but you can tell it’s young kids/adults that work here. Since they introduced the açaí bowl with Nutella to the menu I have gotten it and gotten my fruit substituted with mango with no issue. I recently had surgery, the only food I wanted to eat was Tropical Smoothie. I had my daughter swing through there last week for me (I can’t drive yet) & scoop up my craving! It takes about 15 minutes to get there. They gave her the correct smoothies and someone else’s food order. I called up there to let them know. They offered to remake it but were not driving 30 minutes out of the way because people can’t do their job.
