Wasn’t even greeted when walked into store; had to wait at least 10 minutes before order was taken. Wouldn’t honor free smoothies even after purchasing two bowls and a smoothie. Staff wasn’t helpful or even seemed like they were there…they didnt even communicate with each other let alone us as customers.
I use to go almost everyday then I stopped getting smoothies because they make them to icey and they are watery for 8$ each they shouldn’t be watery and you can check how much I go due to my app also went there tonight and same thing to much ice and watery I hate this because they are my favorite 😞

This place sucks. Second time decided to try again. Yet again don’t go here. Young man had my ascai bowl flipped upside down, ascai on the outside of the bag. These young kids have no work ethic no value no nothing just taking space. When a customer complain legitimately to a manager remake the bowl and place my bowl in a clean bag. Do better 2375 State Rd 16!
