Haven’t even got my food yet, it just watching a bunch kids with no supervision trying to run a restaurant. Terrible. Ordered three things they forgot one. Pretty bad. Chances of my two smoothies being right is about 10% right now. Tell me more about how fast food workers need $20/hour? You got 66% success rate so far and haven’t got my drinks. But had not problem asking for a tip, of course.
My friends and I ordered 3 drinks and a sandwich. The sandwich was good but the smoothies were terrible. They were all watered down and hardly had any of the add ons we asked for. Most disappointing one I’ve visited.
I visited Tropical Smoothie earlier today and had a disappointing experience. I ordered a smoothie bowl and two cookies, but I felt rushed while placing my order. Right before I scanned my rewards barcode, the cashier asked if I had rewards. I told her yes and began opening my Apple Wallet on my phone. Waited 30 minutes for my order just to find out they never made it. And saw 5 people get theirs before me. Employee looked me dead in the eye and didn’t say a word until I spoke up.
