Highly recommend this location! The staff, service and quality of food is unmatched. I have the pleasure of coming in at least twice weekly and Alicia always gets my order right. My favorite thing about this location is that super friendly staff that actually gets to know their regulars! Thank you always providing great service and great smoothies!
The only negative was when I chose not to give a tip the POS machine beeped "BAD TIP" before I scanned my card. What was that about?
I had a great experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe! The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service from the moment I walked in. The cafe was spotless, the atmosphere was clean and inviting, and my order was fresh and delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location!
Ordered online walked in and watched the staff skip my order 6 times when my order was first on the board took 30 minutes to get my order!
