On May 28th I patronized this location. Only to be treated disrespectfully, rude, and unaccommodating by “KATIE”!!! Katie was asked if she could make the smoothie without sugar? And she replied “NO” VERY RUDELY! And did NOT help in any way! KATIE is a DISGRACE to this business. Tropical Smoothie always had representatives there that were outgoing and friendly. Rude and dismissive staff. Too busy playing on phones( ear buds) or chatting with one another to do work. Was brushed off, order was wrong, and made very uncomfortable for the visit. We will never return to this location.
Cashier wouldn’t get off his phone and had earbuds in, when I repeated my order to him he got annoyed and then it was wrong when I got it. Missed the whole meal I double checked to make sure he heard me. When we complained we were then given mean looks for the entirety of our visit while eating.
