Took a long time for order, but a nice atmosphere.
Ordered a mango magic smoothie on 7/1/25 that was for a family member. Smoothie was blended unevenly with whole ice chunks still remnant and seemed to lack all ingredients. Called asked for a replacement and was told to come back and they would remake it. Came back and they refused to remake or justify the situation because the big bad boss would get mad. UPDATING my review. Still love Tropical Smoothie—but disappointed in the sneaky cup change this week. We’ve been loyal customers at this location for a long time and usually love everything about it—friendly staff, great smoothies, consistent quality. But lately, we noticed something really disappointing: the cups have changed. They're noticeably shorter (about an inch), and the new design has a deep dip at the bottom that gives the illusion of the same size, but it's clearly holding less smoothie.
