I ordered one smoothie before a group of 4 and a group of 2. They literally made everything at once in other words, I had to wait for them to prepare 6 peoples order before I received mine at the same time as the 6 people. Do better.
Layeni WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! So sweet and answered every one of my questions with no problem! She deserves a raise!!
Update: took some doing but I did finally reach the manager and she apologized for the difficulty in getting my refund. I only asked for the difference in price for the two smoothies (about $8) but she refunded the entire order. I have since been back a few times and have been pleased with the service and food. Thank you! Ordered Cherry Berry Boost via app with no problem but when we got there they told us they weren't making it anymore. No one called is to let me know. I like going to Tropical Smoothie Cafe for quick and refreshing smoothies. They have a lot of flavors, and the smoothies taste fresh and well-made. The food like wraps and sandwiches is also pretty good for a light meal.
