the most delicious smoothie i’ve had yet blended to perfection and customer service was immaculate Olive and Avery actually conversed with me and made me feel welcomed
Tropical Smoothie Cafe is my go to place. The atmosphere is really great, the workers Landon and Narjus were really great people who love there job showing a genuine smile on there face making the place 100x better, the inside of the the smoothie cafe is also very clean, it also had great vibes! They should feel proud!
Olive made my order so efficiently, her and narjus were very welcoming and friendly towards me and my friends!

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I walked in and there was one customer ahead of me who appeared to know the two employees behind the counter. Instead of doing their jobs, the three of them stood there carrying on a personal conversation while I waited to order. After standing there for several minutes, I finally sat down at a table directly in front of the counter because it was obvious no one had any intention of helping me.
